[Intro]
Mm-hmm
Oh-oh
Let it rise
[Verse 1]
We wrote our values on the wall
But walls don’t change a thing
It takes a hand it takes a call
It takes the prize we bring
So we don’t wait for perfect days
We shine a light on right
We lift the ones who walk the way
And turn the dark to light
[Pre-Chorus]
What you honor you will see again
What you celebrate you multiply
Align the prize with righteous men
And watch the righteous rise
[Chorus]
Reward the right (Reward the right)
Let it shine (Let it shine)
Layer three align align (Align align)
What you honor you will find
Reward the right and the right will rise
[Verse 2]
A peer can see what leaders miss
A badge can change a day
A simple word of faithfulness
Can turn a heart to stay
From the shop floor to the boardroom seat
From the field to the factory line
We celebrate the brave and meek
And make the righteous shine
[Pre-Chorus]
What you honor you will see again
What you celebrate you multiply
Align the prize with righteous men
And watch the righteous rise
[Chorus]
Reward the right (Reward the right)
Let it shine (Let it shine)
Layer three align align (Align align)
What you honor you will find
Reward the right and the right will rise
[Bridge]
Meaning achievement affirmation
The heart needs more than pay
When recognition meets the righteous
The righteous choose to stay
So lift the badge and lift the name
And lift the ones who chose
The ones who did the right when no one watched
And no one would have known
[Chorus]
Reward the right (Reward the right)
Let it shine (Let it shine)
Layer three align align (Align align)
What you honor you will find
Reward the right and the right will rise
Reward the right (Reward the right)
Watch it grow (Watch it grow)
R-I-R-F let it show (Let it show)
What you honor you will know
Reward the right and the right will rise
[Outro]
Align the prize
Reward the right
Watch the righteous rise
Mm-hmm
